This Year’s Event
This year’s Summer Fete will be on Sunday 12th July 2026 at River Recreation Ground. The Fete opens at 11am and will close at 4pm.
Fun Dog Show
The Fete is the one day of the year that dogs are allowed in the Recreation Ground. The show will be held after the prize draw around 3pm. Listen for announcements for the exact time. Entry Forms will be available from the Parish Council tent at the Fete. Classes will be announced shortly.
Food Court
A selection of food vendors and a bar will be providing refreshments. In addition, the Methodist Church stall will be providing pack lunches for children, the bowling club will be open serving teas and coffees and ‘The Rec’ Coffee Shop will be open as well as having a stall at the fete.
Stalls & Attractions
A variety of stalls selling arts and crafts, providing traditional fete games will be there as usual, including a coconut shy, bottle tombola and childrens tombola. Local groups will also be attending providing information about the services they offer.
