Roadworks will be taking place in Dover during September affecting the B2011 Folkestone Road and the A256 through the town and coming up Crabble Hill.
Folkestone Road
Folkestone Road will be closed between the junctions of Elms Vale Road and Priory Road between the hours of 8pm and 5am from 26th September 2024 with estimated completion by 8th October 2024. A256 London Road
London Road, Dover, will be closed between the junctions of Bridge Street and Cherry Tree Avenue between the hours of 8pm and 5am to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on the site. This work is scheduled to begin on 17th September 2024 with estimated completion by 26th September 2024. Traffic diversions will be in place during the work but pedestrian access will be maintained. A256 Crabble Hill
Crabble Hill will be closed at the railway bridge on 29th September 2024 for the time and extent indicated by signs on the site. Traffic diversions will be in place but pedestrian access will be maintained. This work on the railway bridge is being carried out by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.
